AQUA as the oldest bottled water brand in Indonesia is facing an increasingly fierce competition within the industry.
There is a clear need to strengthen their frontliners’ knowledge on the brand’s superiority so they can be more confident and proudto be the sales force and distributors of AQUA.
To achieve this goal, AQUA came to us to help them develop a Learning Management System for their entire frontliners.
AQUA has close to 4,000 frontliners across levels throughout Indonesia.
Since they have varied background and levels of understanding on the product knowledge, our main challenge is to develop a learning system they can follow easily & articulate consistently, regardless of their background.
We developed a Learning Management System platform for AQUA’s frontliners to help them learn about AQUA's brand superiority.
Through the platform, they can access bitesize learning contents, and engage in daily quizzes. We also integrate AI by utilizing ChatGPT in the platform. Gamification is included to motivate them to complete the learning and win special rewards.
